Good points. Except, I don't think the rumors are ridiculous about her and Erik. She could easily have put a stop to them... like Josh did about himself... and say, hey guys, I didn't cheat! I would never disrespect myself, my family, my husband or my wedding vows like that. She has never denied the rumors and, worse than that, allowed her demon fans to make death threats...DEATH THREATS... against Josh and his sister.
Like you said, she can keep anything private that she wants. And, she is. Well, until Rachel shows the snowboard lovenest
She is in a pickle. I don't think she would dare deny cheating because too many people know the truth. So, she is making Josh the bad guy so when the truth comes out about her cheating, everyone says, well no wonder she found Erik! Josh was a dick.
Josh's songs will be really enlightening I think.
She has said on Instagram in the comments under her picture that she didn't cheat. She irritates the hell out of me with this crap! #1 Keep that poor baby HOME for 5 minutes. #2 She's so darn entitled & WILL throw a tantrum if she doesn't get a free or massively upgraded hotel stay for this trip. Meanwhile, regular folk like myself can't even afford a weekend stay at the Comfort Inn when we visit my dad & have to sleep our fam of 5 on my aunt & uncle's living room floor! (Mind you, those are some awesome memories we're making.. but still.) She's just so out of touch with reality.) |

Yeah, anytime she's addressed cheating or whether she's dating Erik (or anybody) it's always in the form of a comment somewhere that ends up buried under a million other comments. It's funny that she says these rumours bother her but she never brings them up and tries to set them straight. Maybe they're true but if they weren't and Colleen kept them going to keep people talking and paying attention I wouldn't put it past her.

I seriously think Colleen's own family will start calling her out on her lies as well once they get sick of her BS. I hope it is soon. I don't see that happening. None of them have anything without her. If they turned against Colleen their careers would be forfeit. How many viewers/fans would Ratchet or Chris have without their connection to Colleen? There's a reason that Chris and Jessica encourage Parker to do his little Miranda impressions on camera. I'm not saying Parker doesn't enjoy dressing up and putting on a show. Lots of kids do. But constantly putting that in the vlog is cementing that connection to Colleen / Miranda. I'd like to go through the vlogs and see how many there are that DON'T have some reference to Colleen/Miranda/HBO. However, I like my brain in my head, I can't take the risk of it leaking out of my ears in a bid to escape... One thing I noticed a few weeks ago is Chris hasn't posted a picture of any family member (outside of his wife & children) holding Duncan on Instagram...except Colleen of course. Gotta post a picture of her holding Duncan and tag her name. |

Hmm. So maybe I'm a) desensitized to gross stuff or b) a textbook easily offended little snowflake, but I was more bothered by Colleen repeatedly saying "Gyp-off" as Miranda than by her playing with ACTUAL shit. I don't know what to think anymore.

I think the reason Chris bothers me more than Colleen is because Colleen may (or may not have) screwed Josh over big time but Chris screws his KIDS over - kids to whom his word is law and who have no say over what aspects of their lives are broadcast to anyone and everyone. And he is just so damn smarmy!

I wonder what the Lilly says hey part meant Those tweets……does this mean Liza is actually gonna collab with her now? Very uncool of Colon to strong arm Liza into working with her. She needs to learn to take no for an answer. This collab will certainly get her a lot of views, but it will probably make her even more unpopular and disliked among the top YouTube community. I'm honestly shocked she weasled her way into a Jenna Marbles collab. Oh I certainly hope not! I tweeted @ Liza today asking her NOT to do it! That as a new fan I didn't want to have to lose respect for the content she makes. Who knows if she'll see it. BUT I do feel like she's probably inundated with the minions harassing her to collab although she OBVIOUSLY doesn't want to or it'd have happened by now, so it may do her good to see some tweets from level-headed adult fans saying, "don't sell yourself short by going down that road". The woman has over 10mil subs & her views per vid are in the millions, too. She's not going to suffer if the minions turn on her. I think she's really creative & funny. Lots of talent & actual effort in each of her vids, but I WILL unsub if she gives in to the army of bullies the queent has created. |

Going back to this quickly to say that YouTube did just do a purge of inactive accounts, which is why Colleen along with a bunch of other YouTubers lost a bunch of subs. Just saw a youtuber who just hit 10 million go below it now because of the purge. |

About family bloggers…have y'all seen those people called "Family Fizz?" They keep posting vids like "First Period! First Armpit Hair! First Boyfriend!" And it's very cringe when you think about it, but I overlooked it for a long time because they were such an attractive, confident, joyful family. I'm just now realizing after all this Ballinger discussion that the girls might look back and regret sharing all that publicly to the world There is a family I watch (that I'm not posting the name of, because I like them and don't want them scrutinized), and they put out a video responding to another vlogger family who claims all family vloggers are fake, and in it for the money. The Nive Nulls (I think?) Are divorcing because of cheating apparently, and I guess they were putting out family videos WHILE separated. So the husband posted a long vlog, which I didn't watch, saying all family vloggers are the same. And apparently the Shaytards had a whole cheating scandal?! I dunno how I missed that one. But it makes me think. The Ballingers clearly have sponsors, clearly stage reactions, so what IS real? I could always tell which of my friends were having marital problems, because they were the ones proclaiming their love and happiness the loudest on social media. Two separate times, I recall Chris going on and on about how he loved Jessica so much, more and more every day. I hope its true.. but if it is, does he need to say it? |

The more someone talks about how in love they are and how great their relationship is (Chris and Jessica) and how happy and awesome their life is (Colleen) the more likely it is it's actually total shit.
Obviously there are exceptions but truly happy and in love people don't have to loudly proclaim their love and happiness every chance they get.

Did Jess not bother to even run a brush or comb through her hair? I get not wearing makeup.. I only wear it if I'm going "out out".. I hate the way it feels on my face and I just don't want to deal with it if I'm just going shopping or staying home that day. But not brushing your hair in the am is like not brushing your teeth.
Seriously why can't Jessica take care of her own kids alone for 1 damn day? And I know the only reason she kept poor Jacob home is so he can help her. I don't understand why she needs so much help with her own kids.

Jeeze.. its genuinely concerning. she's looking so unhealthy I sometimes honestly worry that Colleen will have a heart attack, or stroke due to not having a healthy lifestyle. She never sleeps, or sleeps poorly, she doesn't eat well, or at all, and she's constantly working/ touring. I mean, she's even in the editing room "editing" when there's no need for it. I think women are also more prone to heart disease and heart attacks, but I could be wrong about that. |

I'm thinking there was emotional cheating involved, at the very least. Guessing Kory knew about everything and covered for her or hid it, and then Rachel and Chris caught her or found out about it and gave her an ultimatum to help push her to divorce by making it stark like, "Put an end to it and tell Josh the truth, but doing so will mean risk giving up HBO and your career to make Josh happy again, his trust in you will be shattered because he would be so crushed knowing about it, or...you could go ahead and divorce him now, and continue on your merry way. He'll be better off anyway." And of course between Josh and Colleen their loyalty has to lie in Colleen, so they probably didn't even do him any courtesy or telling him about it or communicating afterwards. I can also see Colleen being upset initially, but it wearing off really fast because she had so many other distractions, and honestly, her love for Josh had been waning anyway. |

The family I am referring to that I like, started 4 years ago when she moved out of the country to her husband's country. She got pregnant and vlogged for her family, so they could watch her kid(s) grow. They have under 100k subs. They were under 20k until a video went viral last year. I used to watch It's Judy's Life, but I found them insufferable eventually too. |

Mine have too much padding on them and I can't remember back to when I was skinny to recall if I had random bones jutting out like that. I must say I think Colleen's eyebrows were looking much better in today's vlog but she didn't appear to have inch thick makeup on either. Perhaps she listened to ackack's advice in the beaty thread that less is more. He's obviously a guru. |

If Jessica is struggling with postpartum depression or something then I feel bad for her. Otherwise I just don't understand why she has such a hard time taking care of her own kids. In the newest vlog she mentions Grace (baby sitter) and basically says the only reason Grace isn't coming the next two days that Chris is gone to Canada is because her sister in law is in labor. Then of course Gwen came over for the day and took Bailey and Parker with her back to her house for the night. I'm just curious why it seems like Jessica can't be alone with all of her kids and take care of them without needing help from someone else. It's not like a normal stay at home mom has a baby sitter come and help with their children, I mean unless I've been living under a rock my whole life.
