Plus Colleen has a show. Honestly I don't have a problem with YouTubers collabing to bolster each other's views. It's just nice that some are actually real friends. |

It must drive her insane that Liza is collabing with Kristen who is an actual friend and just starting her YouTube channel (largely on the strength of being Scott's girlfriend and being seen in the vlogs) and ignoring Colleen.

I feel bad for Colleen, and part of me hopes that her and Erik are actually just friends and that she has someone in her life who isn't just there because they're related to her, or knew her for years and years, or are using her for views, or depend on her financially. I mean, I know Erik technically works for her but I don't know, or at least I hope he doesn't think that he can get by being on HBO forever. I mean if it wasn't for Cabingate would you think there was something going on?

I've thought about that too ^^^^ If cabingate didn't happen would we think she cheated? Me personally, the day I saw the divorce videos come out was the day I stopped being a minion and part of me the whole time she was showing clips of Erik were "omg if she and josh werent married I would totally think they are flirting" I watched the show and how she worked with "Patrick" and then the kissing scene....speaks for itself. I was (still am) pretty naive and thought "No way...she's colleen she would never cheat on josh! Never!" I also get really wierded out when I A) see how she doesn't apologize to josh in the divorce vid when he apologized to her and B) see how SHE is divorcing HIM (I thought it would be the other way around tbh) and then it all kinda clicks and I look up "colleen ballinger rumors" to see if I'm alone on this and end up at the bakery and now here...So then I look back and I look at vlogs from like November till now...and to be honest I could totally buy it if they are dating...even the minions ship them. And these facts pop into my head:
-vidcon vlog last year she didn't mention josh was there but made a grand entrance for Erik
- Erik basically asked her out in vegas
- josh has kinda said it
- she hides him in vlogs now
- she hasn't come out and said she didn't cheat
- they had that awkward chat during that BTS vid dedicated to "Patrick's hard day"
- she had a BTS vid dedicated to "Patrick's hard day"
- Erik follows just about all of Colleen's family
- josh hates "Patrick star"
- josh unfollowed Erik
- she hangs out with trish who ships her and Erik
- she hangs out with him whenever she can
- he joins in on family stuff he literally has NO BUSINESS being at
- she hasn't mentioned Fran or Angela or Steve ONLY ERIK (the other cast members)
And even if they arent dating I can tell Erik definitely is trying to get with her...and she likes it.

I don't think they're a thing. I think C is angling for it, but E may keep her at a distance, yet remains friendly bc of work and he may just like hanging with her at times. If C had it her way, they'd be dating. That girl can't stand to be alone for even a second.
I don't feel bad for her bc she threw away the ONE person who genuinely cared for and accepted her, bc it required too much work. She's become so used to her sycophantic family and friends, and not having to put in any effort or expend any "emotional capital."
Even when I try to be my most empathetic, i always come to the conclusion that she's too far up her own ass to develop any meaningful relationships. It's coline's world and every else is just living in it.

I think her and Erik got close during the filming of Season One because they enjoyed eachother's company and were both in failing relationships and may have flirted a bit but that's it. I think he got close to her family and friend because he spent time with them and got to like them and maybe he's actually a nice guy? I'm still gonna joke about Colleen hiding Erik in her closet 'cause that's fun.

I don't actually mind collabs for more views and subs now that I think about it. I just wished Colleen wasn't so fake about being "girlfriends" with Gabbie or anyone else because she doesn't really want to be genuinely friends with her. |

Also, Im pretty sure the snippy comebacks laced with heart emojis and xoxos on the starvation/oatmeal vlog were authored by Messi jessi.

I think they were together during season 1 too.
The face painting thing was WAY too cozy. She told Josh she was too busy to have him visit. The disastrous anniversary trip home last summer was so uncomfortable. When she was with Josh at that point, she acted like she was miserable and cheating on Erik.
There was also another video from last year where Erik was at her house...not hidden. It must have been in November or early December. I can't remember how it starts, but she and Stefany end up going to Michael's and buying a bunch of Christmas decorations and they decorate her office at home and downstairs. Anyway, Erik and maybe Fran ? come over later that night. Anyone remember seeing that?
I think Josh would have come out and said Colleen didn't cheat if she didn't. Not because he wants to protect her, but I think, for his own ego, he would want people to know she didn't choose Erik over him. (Not that I think anyone who gets cheated on should feel ashamed. They shouldn't.)
