I get everyone gets homesick sometimes but geez, 1 or 2 tweets is enough. This show is supposed to be her brain child and if she doesn't enjoy the afterwork of filming, why should I be excited about watching it?

To me it seems like she needs more life experience. Like travel and actually see the world and not lead such a sheltered life.

Re: Colleen being anti top-40 and all about alternative, Erik definitely looks like someone who would be into alternative music. I'm sure she's doing it to win points with him, even though that girl does not seem like she knows any alternative music (hence why she did another cover of creep).

As far as Erik not liking Coal's pics anymore, idk maybe she told him to lay low. Maybe they did call it off, but since he still seems to be following all her family and friends, perhaps she just wants to be coy. Why? Again, maybe something to do with the divorce agreement

Not trying to be harsh, nor am I disagreeing with everyone here. I think he needs to work harder and stick to his promises if he wants to get better both personally and on YouTube. But I also think that we can't decide for someone else when they're ready to move on. I won't argue about it any further, not trying to ruffle any feathers.

On a different note, I can't believe Colleen is complaining about being so lonely. Not only did her dad JUST visit her, but she literally LIVES with her best friend. She doesn't have to be alone for very long, never for a full day it seems. Can you imagine how she'd act if she were actually alone? My god this woman needs to grow up. She is thirty. Way past the age where she should be able to be by herself and take care of herself.

The day that Colleen finally realizes that she has a theatrical voice and not a voice to sing pop and alternative songs, is the day her career has a chance at survival.
The reason EVERYTHING she sings with her ukelele sounds like garbage is because those songs aren't meant to be sung in vibrato or using a ukelele. Some YouTubers have a gift that allow them to style a song differently and make it sound great - but Colleen doesn't have that gift. Not even a little bit. Her minions may praise her, but she is really just embarrassing herself by showing off mediocre talent to anyone new who may come across her channel.

WOW!! She looks so much more like Erik's type. She looks organically quirky (if that makes sense) and Colleen looks like she is pretending to be hip and quirky. I would never see Colleen so uninvested in herself to show up to a women's march or a gay pride event like Erik's ex. (No politics, just meant a march of any kind.) 


Editing to say: Not necessarily a march...I can't see Colleen invested in the world around her to be involved in ANY cause that wasn't for views or self congratulations.

I think CHester See is cute and talented too and can see Megan and Chester as a couple. But, Josh and Megan would have been adorable and the best part, Colleen would be spitting nails because Megan is cuter and seems sweeter...and probably showers more than once a week. 

I don't get why Colleen is champing at the bit to stop sitting in a room editing video all day...so she can go home and sit in her room filming and editing video all day. Maybe she doesn't show all the thrilling adventures she goes on when she's in LA, but I don't think she's missing out on much when she's "stuck" in Vancouver.

I find it both annoying and humorous that Colleen has complained nonstop about sitting in the "editing room" all day for months on end watching the same footage over and over and over again - yet on her day off with her dad she sat through FOUR episodes of that footage just for fun. You'd think that during this process she would avoid it at all costs... I'm just going by her incessant bitching about it.
Can you imagine sitting next to Colleen and watching those episodes with her? She probably didn't shut the hell up the entire time. Remember last season when she revealed all of the super interesting "secrets" from HBO? *yawn* I imagine that's what it would be like watching episodes with her. Having to endure endless behind the scenes nuggets of information that no one gives a shit about.

Josh's infrequent uploading wouldn't even be a big problem if his videos were worth it. Youtubers like Ryan Higa only upload once a week, but it's understandable because he always has well-produced videos, including funny skits and music videos that take some time to create. Even Josh's CineVlogs were better because there was some production behind them and he actually went out and tried new things. Recently, his channel mainly consists of basic daily vlogs and tiny sit-down videos where he presses record on his phone for a few minutes and talks about his feelings. That could be permissible for a second vlog channel, but this is supposed to be his MAIN CHANNEL where most people will see him and he makes a majority of his income. Imagine any other big Youtubers having a main channel made up of sporadic "Life Update" type videos. That shit would not fly because your audience did not sign up to be your diary.

Sorry if the Josh topic has been beaten to death, but I had to get this point out there.

He has that vacant expression in his eyes sometimes, and I guess it just leaves me with a weird feeling. Reminds me of those creepy stalker dudes you run into in high school or college.

I've only seen a handful of things he's been in but he seems to get typecast as creeps/douchebags/creepy douchebags

Re: Erik's "vibe" - Erik plays that kind of character quite often, so it's not surprising that you would get that vibe. That's his character "typecast" pretty much, from what I've seen.

I noticed Colleen said it's taking a couple weeks longer to do the editing on this season, and she doesn't know why. Well, why is it a mystery to her if she's so involved in every aspect of this show? Shouldn't the reasons it's taking longer be pretty clear to her?

I know, I think the hypothetical of Megan & Josh being together and Colleen being annoyed by it is what is enjoyable to imagine. 😂 We all know that she has a huge ego and tries to play it like she doesn't think she's irresistible. But she knows the hold and spell she had on Josh and I think she secretly takes pleasure from it. It's a sadistic thing. And I guess seeing Colleen fall is sadistic on most of our parts...but hey, it restores a little balance to the world, right? 😂 I always hated watching those movies and tv shows where the annoying mean girls have any success and don't get any form of justice served for their mean-girl-ways.  

I'm thinking Colleen has some serious issues she needs to work through and I'm hoping she gets some help before she has a huge meltdown. Yeah, she's probably done some shitty things and treated people badly, but I don't think she deserves to have her whole life fall apart.

Honestly - she should try to be a little more careful with that.  She's constantly talking about being alone, and walking home alone, etc.  If it was easy to find, what's to stop someone with bad intentions finding it as well.  I don't care for her, but geez...I truly hope she's lying when she says she's alone.
