So, 1 minute into the new Begginger vlog we find out that they got a new fridge courtesy of a brand deal. WTF? You've been using a mini fridge for your family of 5 for how many weeks just so that Kenmore could give you a fridge for free in exchange for your review? And you had a working fridge that you owned but gave it to your mom to put in her garage? These people are ridiculous. I couldn't watch anymore of the vlog after that. Also - They do know their fanbase is Colleen's fanbase (so children), and they're trying to sell them a fridge? I don't understand.

And the restaurant wasn't "eager" to serve you when you came in 2 minutes to closing.. It's called customer service, they have to be nice to you. I bet they bitched about you the whole time.

Um. Maybe I'm just really fat, but was anyone else shocked at the lack of food in there? Like, I'm single and live alone and easily have twice as many groceries as they showed there. They're a family of six... I can't imagine that amount of food lasting more than a day or two. And it was mostly eggs, greens, and ice cream... I've always rolled my eyes when you guys talk about them starving their kids. But I'm starting to think there's something to it...

They're both annoying to me in their own ways. I gravitated towards Josh after the divorce because I'll always appreciate raw honesty over fake happy bullshit, but his erratic and depressing videos are becoming tedious to watch. We don't get the luxury of showing up to work whenever we feel like it so we can go mope around and try to "find ourselves". My employer would laugh right in my face.  I would love to see him get a regular job and try to take this much time off for "depression". Sorry, I'm just a little bitter haha.

Life goes on. I'm a manager for Subway restaurants for a living. I'm a manager of one store and the General manager for 2 others. I can't imagine calling the owner of the 3 stores that I work for and saying, I can't come in for X amount of days because I need to find my self. My store owner would laugh and say you need to find a new job then. Im not making light of or making fun of legit depression, but for fucks sakes, quit whining and go on with life. I wonder if Josh's parents help him financially? Or did he get half of what Colleen made while they were married because California is a community property state? I just can't see josh living the lifestyle he lives with just his YouTube income. 

Ugh. Colleen's vlog is like groundhog day. Work is boring. Gus is weird. I miss my friends and family. I'm all alone. Rinse and repeat.

I don't understand why she doesn't do something about it? Either go hang out with Kory and his friends or learn to spend time by herself without complaining about it 24/7. She obviously chose to stay home so I think it's just an excuse to complain.

Also, "really busy day" = three things on the to-do list? One of which is a doctor's appointment, which will be like, what, 20-30 minutes? The other is a haircut for two... another 20-30 minutes? So an hour for 2/3 of their super busy day. The meeting with the designer probably took a bit more time. But still. That's not a busy day. Sigh.

You're not really fat. I haven't even watched the video yet, but from you have described, that's probably the normal amount of groceries for them. All those kids eat are smoothies, pretzels and fruit. Oh they used to eat yogurt with fruit, but who knows if they even eat that anymore.

His socialblade says he got about 2.6 million views last month. That roughly translates to about $2600. Definitely not enough to support an LA lifestyle, though I admit that I don't follow his vlogs, so I don't know how he lives. He also takes on other gigs... didn't he just host some red carpet even or something? idr... But I imagine he got half whatever Colleen made in the year they were married -- so that includes the Netflix money. I'm sure Colleen also had to give him half of the value of the house if she wanted to keep it (or did she buy the house before they got married? I can't remember...). And he probably could have gotten spousal support, but based on his personality and the way he seems to hold on to the "traditional" roles of men and women in relationships, I doubt he would've taken it. 

If they only had a mini fridge where were they keeping 25 pints of ice cream? I think they've got a spare fridge in the garage. Most people would have used that or the new one they gave to Gwen. Not the Begging Ballingers though, they put on a performance about only having a mini fridge until they conned Sears into a free one. Meanwhile Sears is in bankruptcy. 🙄

Here in Canada they would be considered to be married under the law after living together for 6 months.

Josh acts like he's the only person who's ever gone through a divorce. I'm all for people being honest and open with their feelings but he has friends and a family he can confide in, does he really need so much support that he lets in his fans like that? I don't mean to belittle his feelings or discount his experience, I'm sure he's hurting but it seems like he's milking that hurt for everything it's worth. He's trying ro get as many views out of his "journey" as humanly possible and it's just as bad as Colleen's fake happiness.

He's sooo desperate for his vids to go viral. He does realize that videos go viral for a reason, right? His vlogs are so mindnumbingly boring and typically feature his crazy chaotic pig sty of a house and his wife talking nonsense in her her shrill voice while making crazy eyes at the camera. Dude, you're lucky if someone makes it past 2 minutes of your vlog.

Im losing so much interest in him due to his lack of focus and shitty work ethic. He's promised so many things; one take daily vlogs, WUI, cinevlogs, and whatever else. He seems wholly focused on taking as many soul searching trips as he can, and making cringey boyband music videos. Sorry, but his music is not my cup of tea, at all.
