Okay... I just watched her Miranda video "Why I Left Netflix"..... this isn't Miranda. The real Miranda that went viral wasn't like this. I truly believe the line Colleen drew to distinguish between the Miranda Character and herself has faded away. This is in no way Miranda-funny or tolerable. It's just bad.... Colleen is basically being herself through Miranda just with less hygiene and more lipstick. She's "sassy", makes sexual innuendos, claims everyone as her BAEEEEE, talks shit about people(we all know Colleen is a massive gossiper), bad singer, begs people for views and likes and shares.... Can you see the connection yet? That applies to both Colleen AND Miranda now! Idk if It's just me but it's weird that even her character's identity is confusing and hypocritical now. There are various incidents where Miranda does/says things she would never say/do but I'm too lazy to list them.

She couldnt wait a few days to announce this season 2 premiere date shit show? Today's the anniversary of Sept 11 and a major hurricane just hit Florida. What a way to show compassion Colleen. Ugh she irritates me so much.

I can't decide if Colleen's eyebrows are exactly the kind of eyebrows Miranda would do or if it's out of character for Miranda to have filled in eye brows...
Which makes me think you guys are all right and this just proves the point that Miranda's character is so all over the place now, the line between her and Colleen is so indistinguishable, and it's probably going to lead to the character's demise.

YO. This effs up the entire plotline and completely blurs lines between "Miranda" and Colleen. She IS MIRANDA now. There is no line. No wonder everyone around her is so effing miserable, Miranda is their roommate/boss/sister/friend.
How tf is the show about Miranda's life and yet she had to film it? And leave her cat? That isn't hers or Colleens but Korys? Wtf. This is not that complicated to keep straight, Colleen.

Why is she going all out on "revealing" Season Two? She didn't do this stuff last time. We all know she has a season two... no surprise. Why the sudden big deal? Could it be because she knows it's the last season and won't get the chance to do this again? I think it's because Netflix is not doing anything to promote it this time around. Someone said that this is the usual practice with subsequent seasons of series on Netflix, but idk, I would've expected a little more than this... |

Just think. A year ago she was freshly divorced from her awful loving husband, Netflix were promoting the shit out of her show, the old view hungry youtubers suddenly cared about her. Premier viewing and party, Jimmy Fallon, new boyfriend
This year: no huge announcement no promo no youtubers coming out to collab, boyfriend still hidden, best friend disillusioned by her and ex husband exposing her, no brother to baby her, just a haggard colleen, dressed as Miranda, deep throating an ice cream.

I want to know why Netflix picked up HBO at all, how did Colleen pitch it? What's her demographic - lewd 14 year olds? People who thought Nepolitan Dynamite was too sophisticated? There's no plot, it's not funny, what are the redeeming qualities??
I also don't get the premise at all, is it a re-enactment of her "rise to fame"? I feel like Miranda is supposed to be a bad actor so I don't understand why that's not incorporated? There's so many plot holes and I'm just so confused. Who the actual fuck green-lighted this monstrosity?

That entire Miranda live stream was gross and cringey. I had to fast forward through 90% of it. The end was especially bad - I get such second hand embarrassment watching her beg for things. "You wanna see what's on here? Tweet this out... tweet it out right now and I'll show you... comment this..."
Yet again she acts like it's such a juicy secret. Just like filming season one they acted like if ANYTHING was leaked it would be CHAOS. As if it were GoT or something. Girl needs to get over herself. She has a small cult following and other than those kids no one gives a rats ass. I wonder if she will milk it all again this year for her videos. "EXCLUSIVE HBO SEASON 2 SECRETS!" *crickets*

Obviously not worth it and I'm sure they won't make that mistake again... |

I was watching David Dobrik's livestream and he was talking about people who have broken away from YouTube to become stars. He said the only two he can think of are Liza and the Pauls.
Someone said what about Miranda Sings? He said, yeah, well she has the Netflix show, but I'm thinking about people who are famous and household names.
Hahaha. Even in the YT community, her "fame" and show aren't very impressive.
