Okay! If you're going thru a fucking divorce I'm sure feeling sad is normal....for most people.
your REAL friends and family will feel with you and try to help you cope and move forward! Put on a fake smile and just pretend nothing happened and that you're okay when you're really not?? No! That's not healthy!! I'm even guilty of doing this and I'm trying to work on it. Something happens to you? Take it. Feel what you need to feel. For however long You need to feel it. Learn from it. Grow. Move forward. Live life. Keep the lesson(s) with you thru life. Don't just cover you ears, turn your head, close your eyes and say "LALALALALA..." and pretend it's not happening....that's not healthy. I hope that isn't what the minions are taking from all of this. They will never grow as people or be able to sympathize or help people if they don't help themselves.

I am going through a breakup right now and we were together for so long it feels like a divorce and it felt like it came completely out of no where so naturally I'm devastated but my family and friends have been so supportive and have encouraged me to talk about my feelings as much as I need to. I couldn't imagine not being about to express how I feel. |
