At this point he should probably just tell everyone what happened. If he doesn't I feel like this will only get worse. He needs to sit down and explain to his audience everything that happened (if he wants to) no matter how long the video is. I feel like some of these comments could push him over the edge. Here's a theory I've been thinking about tonight, what if Josh has already spilt all the tea? He's a sweet guy, he had parents that were 100% committed to each other and were there for each other all the time. She's a skank, who's parents threw the threat of divorce around when things didn't go their way. That's not commitment. Josh may consider breaking the sanctity of marriage a betrayal. He may consider not being his wife's number 1 a betrayal (we all know Kory is her number 1). Colleen may not have physically cheated (there is no actual proof) but Josh may have considered the fact that his wife didn't stand by her vows a huge betrayal, it's not what he saw in his parents marriage. And to Josh this was the betrayal. He confronted her and the divorce had to happen because they were on different pages. Stuff then might have happened at DC playlist with other youtubers saying "don't worry dude, she was talking behind your back" which probably knocked him sideways and then on top of that he found the bakery and saw the Erik speculation... Lets just ponder, what if this is it? Josh has let it all out and there is no more. He was just heartbroken that he wasn't his wife's number 1 |

I do think he had been made aware that she was being shady. he might have even felt it. Talking about erik more, not wnting him to come visit etc. All really odd. The bakery might have confirmed it for him (other people picking up on it) and didn't he come around the time she was posting that she is "lonely" while Erik is visiting her? |

They are always saying "spread happiness be kind spread positivity" like it's the Only thing people should be feeling. I love being happy don't get me wrong but As a teenager I know that as I get older I'm gonna start experiencing more pain and heartache sometimes and I feel I should be okay with that? Like all these emotions we feel as humans...ARE human right? AM I wrong? They say that stuff to her twitter and YouTube comments but once she is offline they are freaking brutal. Honestly I see it mostly with Colleens fans but I do see some of josh fans do it too. In the wise words of Veronica Sawyer from heathers the musical "if you were happy everyday of your life you wouldn't be human....you would be a game show host." Long time lurker coming out because I think I put something together in this mess that hasn't been said yet.
Rachel and Chris both said the divorce "had to happen" and that was basically all they said. Almost zero emotion, almost zero details. Odd for them. Especially since they were both clearly friends with Josh. They worked together, hung out, welcomed Josh into their lives. And all they can manage to say is a stony "it had to happen." Doesn't pass the smell test.
As I read the thread today I thought of something. We know Josh found out about some kind of betrayal after the divorce video was posted. He's heavily implied she was unfaithful. I think Chris and Rachel said "it had to happen" because they knew about the affair with Erik. They knew what was going on and didn't think the duplicitous situation should keep going, probably felt that Colleen was doing Josh wrong and needed to divorce him to make her relationship with Erik morally sound. They somewhat hide it but they're religious people and I don't think they would approve of cheating.
Whether Colleen and Erik are still together I have doubts about but they definitely had some kind of romance.
