they are really great. Such a contrast compared to the ballingers. Trey seems so adjusted and doesn't play up to the camera!

So, I've watched Phil before and really like him - but after seeing this thread I started watching some of Lindsay's videos. She's awesome! I'm watching some of the Q&A vids Phil and Linz did together and they crack me up.

Okay I am still new to Phil. What does he do? he Does a Sunday news show, Wednesday news show and vlogs? I try to watch his vlogs but I can't pay attention long enough lol. He does a 10 min news show every day where he talks about 3 things people have requested the most. He's known to try and give an unbiased opinion before sharing his own which people like. I dont watch philly D much but i enjoy his wife's vlogs |

As far as I know he has the Philip Defranco Show that posts videos Monday-Friday along with his what I believe is a vlog channel(?) phillyd, and then thedefrancofam is where his wife Lindsay usually vlogs but he makes appearances frequently

Do you guys think they'll hire ex-sourcefed team to the PDS team? Wasn't that a rumor when he met up with Sam? I never watched sourcefed when it was on but goddamn I wish I did. As dumb as their "buzzfeed-esque" videos could be, the whole channel felt like a family and that's honestly what mattered I think. I went back and found Joe's instagram post after it was canceled and it was really beautiful. Oh and all of them in the white wall room was great. What a good piece of internet history.

I'm pretty sure it's Carver. The peanuts clue would make sense and it being "presidential" fits with the name George Washington Carver. And I guess there's a Carver High School in Georgia which is her going back to her "roots".

George Washington Carver is the inventor of peanut butter (and not the first president). George Washington would fit the "very American" thing she mentioned. And apparently there's a Carver High School in her home state which is her maybe returning to her roots? Like she said in one of the clues. |

I love the DeFranco Fam videos; I just started watching like two weeks ago! My boyfriend loves Phil and got me to start watching the family vlogs. Trey is adorable and Lindsay is super real and seems like a great mom. I agree that they're the perfect antidote to Ballinger Family vlogs; I can't even enjoy those anymore since they seem so exploitative of the kids. I like that the DeFrancos aren't filming Trey's every waking moment.

I started watching around the time the whole Shay Carl scandal was a thing, which somehow led me to Phil's show, which then led me to check out their vlogs bc that's usually the content I enjoy watching on YT and I got hooked! I think I binge watched most of their videos within a month 🙈 Trey is adorable ("that's amazing!") and I definitely agree with you on the filming him, I did notice that they'll stop if he's not into being filmed at the moment. |
