I don't mean to be that gal but Colleen is basically culturally deaf, and we've made a lot of assumptions about a guy we basically know nothing about. How do we know she didn't just say "ooh cute" and buy it herself? that's my thinking. |

I don't think she has tried to grow up or act less disgustting at all for Erik. Maybe in his presence she doesn't do as much poop talk, but she recently posted that video "What Girls Do Alone" where she and Rachel are discussing the color of their diarrheas…😖 So she obviously doesn't care if he sees her in videos acting as gross and immature as ever. Yes! Totally! I'm a girl and I've definitely been alone with other girls and we do NOT and have not ever discussed the color of our bowel movements. Who even does that? I haven’t watched that video. I try not to watch anymore. Her whole persona disgusts me. This leaves me to wonder about the rest of the video. I hope it’s no worse than that? Or am I really underestimating her gross-ability? |

Somehow, one of Colleen's Christmas videos popped up for me to watch from December 2016. Last December. Two and a half months after the divorce announcements on 9.30.
Lilly had texted Colleen to collab for a Christmas video. Colleen is gushing about Lilly and says, "When I was going through a bad time a couple months ago, Lilly came over with wine.... blah blah blah...."
First of all, Miss Never Drinks was drinking again. She has used up her once a year drink for the next 30 years.
But, mostly, anyone who has gone through a divorce or even a bad break-up knows 2 months s a minute... especially after a marriage and 8 year relationship.
Even if someone is the one to pull the plug, people with empathy and compassion feel sad they have caused someone they still love... according to Colleen's own video... so much pain.
Also, by her own admission, Josh was a good person who didn't do anything bad to her.
She is a psycho, conscience-less, robot who has aged 20 years in the last 3 months.

Honestly, looking back on videos it seemed like he was ALWAYS working for it. I don't doubt that he didn't mind because he seems like the kinda dude who likes doing that kind of thing, but it felt more like it was to get validation that she cared more than anything. I think she cared about him but I don't think she really understood love or relationships in the sense of when you should and shouldn't stay in a relationship. I'm guessing that confusion stems from her childhood. Being the expert armchair psychologist that I am, I would guess that she liked him enough to want to be with him when she had an out at any time. I think that the relationship was exciting for her, they were like a power couple, they might have been together more than a lot of her friends relationships so that made her feel like they were doing the right thing, but when she accepted the engagement, reality set in and she didn't have an out anymore. Maybe she didn't know how to leave, maybe she subconsciously decided to wait until she had someone else. |

Not only will her hardcore minions love Erikleen, the majority of her viewers (neither hardcore fans nor people who are on this site) will just be like “huh, now they’re together- cool.”
I mean think about how things look if you had never read ANYTHING on any gossip website. It just looks like Colleen ended up with a close friend and they’re dating and that’s that.
I mean, big name celebrities do awful shit and cheat and get arrested for assault etc. etc. and people tend to just forget and move on. People still love Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie. Even when people are like “oh but he cheated!” it’s usually a drop in the bucket of adoring fans and people who don’t give a shit.
Basically, Colleen will come up on top regardless with the whole erik thing. If I were her, I’d be more worried about the impending loss of a career. She gets to be as mean, weird and disgusting as she wants as Miranda without tarnishing herself as a person. Regarding Matt, he could never be a focus as he shuns the limelight. I think the reason we even have this gossip board is because YouTube vloggers let people into their daily lives more than celebrities do. We see their homes, their families, their bathrooms, where they shop etc.
So, we feel more intimate with Josh and Colleen than Brad and Angelina. That also opens a weird and different kind of gossip door when something scandalous happens.
Also, I know there are many of us here who truly hate what Mickey and Minnie Mouse-inger are doing to their poor kids.
I also think it is human nature....maybe not a pretty part but... to want to knock people off the pedestal they put themselves on. ESPECIALLY when they are nasty ass hypocrites.

Regarding Matt. He hates the camera or anything to do with vloging or even taking pics. He has laid low since Rachel became internet famous. I also think that Matt hasn’t proposed to Rachel bc as a boyfriend he can get out if he needs to. Also I believe that Rachel won’t crocodile tear her fans into feeling bad for her. I honestly won’t be surprised if Jessica and Chris get a divorce. But neither of them have jobs outside of YouTube and their kids are their cash cows. Idk how divorce will work out for them
