ok so i've noticed we have a lot of specific threads but no 'general' ones, and there's posts are being made in places they don't really fit. so talk about whatever here, if you're not sure where something goes, post here too.
anyway i'll start off!
It was mine and my bf's 6th anniversary on tuesday so we're going to the drive in tonight to see 2 movies! i also have an art assignment due on monday night and i honestly don't care for it.

Also, congrats on 6 years!
And ugh, I have a psych test this Monday and have been just playing games with my husband because he's done with school, he just needs hours and it's so hard to stay focused these last 3 weeks lol😣

Mind my ignorance, but they have drive ins too in the UK!? Also, congrats on 6 years! And ugh, I have a psych test this Monday and have been just playing games with my husband because he's done with school, he just needs hours and it's so hard to stay focused these last 3 weeks lol😣 Im in australia! There arent many though, but they are so cheap! The cinema is $25.50 and the drive in is $13 each! |

My husband is from Australia and we live in a major city in the US where everything is so much cheaper. He'll tell me about prices and I laugh, like when that millionaire from Melbourne came out and said stop spending $19 on smashed avocado. When you can get that here for basically free. But to be fair the minimum wage is much higher and job security better, from what he tells me.

Can vouch for the guitar prices too, mine cost even more because im left handed 😟😟! The problem is things are more expensive but our pay doesnt reflect it. We also include our tax in the price though |

Avos are expensive but i cant give them up. I have since accepted that my $6 a week avo addiction will stop me buying a house 😅 |

Just got home and I finally got to catch up on updates for the Manchester attack. I'm overwhelmed by seeing the good side of humanity shining through the dark abyss. People offering homes and food and rides and whatever else they can think of. I started crying watching interviews this morning, and just now reading tweets and the Snapchat story on it. Kids my sisters' and brother's ages were killed. Last night I saw someone say Ariana caused it because of her awful music. What the fuck is wrong with some people?! A tragedy happened and you want to make crude jokes?! Get over yourself.
For anyone on this site living in the affected area or are an affected person in some way, my heart is with you. <3
