In March 2020, one of the Gossip Garden members said that Colleen Ballinger must be bipolar, and yet he/she didn’t get a pep talk on why saying that is wrong and hateful, and getting hung up on Colleen sharing a recipe for honey-mustard chicken. A 50 page post on their website (their website is now deleted) shared on why they were mad for what Colleen ate for breakfast. In August 2018, on Twitter, Gossip Garden said that Colleen is projecting a lot, due to her receiving hate comments. A member/members stalked Colleen’s cat’s owner, paid to see 4-5 year old court documents from Gwen Ballinger, got mad at Chris Ballinger for taking his daughter to a dance & called it “disgusting” , and falsely claimed that Colleen didn’t have a traumatic pregnancy, and falsely claimed that pregnant women having pelvic girdle pain and choliostatis is common, when in reality, only around 3-4% of pregnant women have those conditions. Members called out Colleen for being in a wheelchair from September-October 2018, claiming that she was mocking people with disabilities, claimed that she is ableist, and claimed that Colleen has a fetish/fetishes for wheelchairs. In reality, Colleen’s doctor said that she needed to be in a wheelchair and on bedrest. In January 2019, a Gossip Garden Twitter post said that they were mad that Josh Evans doesn’t like DMs, going as far as to harass him and his mother, despite previously saying that they support Josh.
